• Our products are covered by a 1 year guarantee from the date of the purchase, subject to the customer’s compliance with the physical and electrical specifications stated by the manufacturer.

• To enforce the product guarantee you must provide the order number, invoice and/or ticket and guarantee certificate specifying the IMEI, ICCID, brand and model.

• Guarantees can be enforced at TELCEL’s Customer Care Centers (CAC) in each region or at TELCEL’s Technical Service Centers (STT) in CDMX, Mexico State, Hidalgo y Morelos.
